Donate to Bear Pantry

Monetary and food donations are vital to the Bear Pantry’s ability to serve the needs of our students. While we gladly accept nonperishable food items, personal hygiene products (shampoo, soap, etc.), baby essentials (diapers, wipes, and formula), and school supplies, monetary donations make the greatest impact.

Financial contributions allow us to purchase the most in-demand and nutritious items — such as milk, eggs, cheese, meat, and bread that cannot be donated directly. They also give us the flexibility to restock shelves quickly, respond to changing student needs, and buy in bulk to stretch every dollar further.

By giving monetarily, you help us ensure that every Bear has access to fresh, balanced, and reliable food options throughout the year.

Please make sure that donated goods are in good condition, unopened, and not beyond their expiration date.
Items can be donated to the Bear Pantry during operating hours — see our homepage for details, the grocery basket located outside of the pantry during the hours we are closed, or at the donation bins located around campus.

NOTE: During the month of November, Donation Barrels will be placed on campus in the following locations:

  • Michener Library Breezeway
  • Toby Kendel entrance near vending machine
  • Holmes Hall Entrance
  • Munchy Mart
  • Bear Pantry entrance
  • Campus Commons- registrar's office

Thank you for helping us make an impact in the lives of our Bear Community. We are grateful for your generosity!

Gratitude from our Students

Thank you for so much for providing students at ÌðÐÄÊÓƵapp with this service. It is because of you that students like me do not have to struggle everyday to find food.

When I first heard of the Bear Pantry I was so excited.  I do not know what I would do without you all.  I have two kids at home and our fridge is completely empty.  It is places like this that give me strength mentally and physically to finish my degree at ÌðÐÄÊÓƵapp because I know that the people here care.

Thank you to all the Bear Pantry donors. This semester has been a struggle for me because I was more concerned about where my next meal would come from and not my classes; this changed once I found the Bear Pantry. Due to your support things are looking up for me.
