Some of our programs have requirements beyond your ÌðÐÄÊÓÆµapp application, including a special PVA form and an audition or interview.

Apply for our auditioned and interviewed programs

Our Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Music Education, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Arts (Theatre Education), Master of Music and Doctor of Arts degrees require you to complete a ÌðÐÄÊÓÆµapp application and an audition or interview.

  1. Fill out your ÌðÐÄÊÓÆµapp Application.
  2. Complete the Audition Form found in your ÌðÐÄÊÓÆµapp application portal and submit required materials.
  3. Attend your audition or interview.

Application Timeline for Auditions and Interviews

Apply for our non-auditioned programs

Undergraduate programs in the School of Art and Design and our Bachelor of Arts in Latinx Music, Culture and Expression, Music Business and Recording Arts, and Theatre Studies require only a ÌðÐÄÊÓÆµapp application. You can choose to submit a visual arts portfolio, perform a music audition or complete a theatre interview for special scholarship consideration.

  2. Decide if you want to be considered for PVA talent scholarships.
  3. If so, email PVA.Admissions@unco.edu to schedule a portfolio review, audition or interview
  4. Attend your portfolio review, audition or interview for scholarship consideration if desired. See audition and interview requirements
